There is a new breed of people joining up with home businesses today. These people are brand new to the world of home business. They are people that because of the economy and other reasons are looking to replace their present incomes.
People are getting laid off left and right and are looking to start a home business. I find that there stories are the same as mine was a while back. They have tried to start several other programs but just can't make them work.
We have all crossed this threshold and most of the time it all boils down to the same thing. They have had no support or training. How can you make a home business successful if you don't have somebody show you the things that it takes to make it work?
This is the problem with about 98% of all home business programs. They are real happy to get you to join up with them by telling you that you will get rich quick. Now that you have paid your money what comes after that?
After you join them how will you know where to start? Without support how will you learn what a lead capture page is? How will you learn about writing and submitting articles?
You might have heard of differant types of advertising but because your budget is small you won't know which ones are worth doing. People that join your business will expect a certain degree of support from you. Don't make them feel like they can't call you with a small problem.
Always remember that they will be the backbone of your business. If you assist them they will do better in the long run. Not being the smartest guy in the world I want my team members to be better at this than me!
Being the next best thing does not interest me. All I have to do is help my team members be good at this and then I will have success. If your team knows where they are going and are happy then in the end I will become successful! - 16003
