If you have the time, then why not go for the free information route right? If you're lucky then you might stumble upon a specific technique and start to see some decent results.
On the other hand you might end up like I did, with information paralysis, not knowing exactly which way to go and end up doing NOTHING and making nothing!
So if you DO decide to go the free route and I recomment you do spend some time getting a free education, then just make sure that you take action! At least if you try a dozen different things and don't make any money then at least you took action and you will learn from your experience, learn what went wrong and avoid these mistakes in the future.
If you keep taking action then eventually, hopefully, one day, you might figure out a way to make some money online.
After you've learned what kind of business you want to pursue online then it's time to take the "buying a product" path which can be much better because you are using a proven method that someone has used to make money online in the past.
