Having a healthy, clear skin is all connected to vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

Your body will stop eliminating so much bacteria trough the sweat glands when you change your diet and start eating natural, unprocessed foods. By only changing your diet you will see immediate result in less acne outbreaks.

3. Treating the Symptoms

Acne is the result of what is happening inside your body. This means the pimples you see are the symptoms, and to be able to treat them successfully you need to know what type of acne you have.
