Useful Tips On Diamond Jewelry

By Don Pedro

You know, ladies can't resist the lure of diamond. With the beauty of the thing it is a wonder there is even a single woman alive who doesn't have one. You know how ladies like beautiful things. Most would sooner have diamond jewelry than anything else.

Jewels are beautiful, but they are never the real thing unless they are made of diamonds. Earth's most unique substance will look good on any finger, and make it's wearer an instant celebrity. That's why we all want it.

There are jewels and then there are diamond jewels. Jewels are dear to most women, but no woman alive can boast of not wanting a diamond piece in her collection. It's more than just the rock hardness of the stone; it's the fact that it is so so beautiful. You can't just take your eye off of it.

One bar is the pressure that the atmosphere exerts at sea level. To form those perfect jewels of yours, the earth needs to summon about 50,000 times that. It's just crazy: everything that goes into the formation of a diamond.

In the earth, diamonds stand out with elegance. In jewel form, they stand out on the necks and fingers of the elite of society. Only the really rich can afford to purchase one in that form - the rich and the elites.

Even in its most impure form, diamond is purer than most all the substances on the earth. And when it is cleaned out, you could hardly believe your eyes, staring at its radiance. It shines, it glitters, and it clings to you. Once you lay your hands on it, you never want to let it go.

There is something about looking into a diamond that both excites and appeases you. It is not just its beauty and radiance, it is a property known as its fire. Diamond refracts light, diffusing it over a wide range. It is called fire, and once it catches your soul, you won't stop until you owned the piece.

The very cost of the diamond is evidence of man's lust for priceless beauty. Because the diamond is so captivating in its radiance, men would pay through their nostrils to have and hold on to it forever. And so, the price of the gem continues to rise.

The properties of diamond vary from stone to stone, and even within each individual stone. Take brilliance, for instance. The more light is returned to your eyes by the stone, the higher its brilliance. And the higher the brilliance of a stone, the higher, naturally, its price in the jewel market.

Diamond has various values, based on the way it is formed, and the qualities it so possesses. Some that are thought to form directly from graphite contained meteorites upon impact with the earth are opaque and range from very small to somewhere about a centimeter in diameter. However the best types are the ones that come from the bowels of the earth itself. - 16003
