Good prospects, the ones you really want on your team usually are searching for one thing. They are looking for a team they can join and feel comfortable working with. It's possible to show them you are that person and your team is that team by being real, and promoting yourself first.

In reality it can be as simple as having a blog that show your prospect who you are and what your doing and what you can do for them too. Share photos of yourself and team. Let your prospect see who you are as a person. It gives more meaning to the entire relationship building process. The prospect will begin to feel comfortable with who you are and will be more willing to contact you.
