Alex Goad and Saj P. of "4 Tier Annihilation Method", and "Affiliate Payload" fame, made a new product, The Site Rush, which is soon to be released. Since their previous projects were all huge successes, we can expect this one to have quite an impact again.
The Site Rush is all about "flipping websites". (Buying them, and then selling them for a good profit). Saj and Alex compare this business to real estate, which makes sense.
But what are the money making possibilities with website flipping? We will have a closer look at it in this article.
Take a look around on the internet. Or even better, don't. Just think about what you know the internet for. A lot of websites are so poorly made, they can make a grown man cry. There might be some good idea behind them, but whoever made them didnt succeed to make it work.
Second of all, there are a lot of good websites that are not being monetized properly. They look good, they get a decent amount of visitors, but they just don't implement enough money making angles.
The last category are websites that are good enough, that also have good monetizing built into them, but they just don't have enough visitors to make it work. How come? Well, usually it's a matter of poorly done SEO. If people don't find the site, they don't use it.
OK, so what can we do with this knowledge? Well, there is something very obvious that's really easy to forget at the same time: The internet is still very young! It's already very much integrated into our modern day lives, so we tend to forget it.
A lot of online markets are still wide open for new players, OR even simpler: If you can find a website that has potential, but is lacking in one or more of the categories I explained above (badly made, badly monetized or badly search engine optimized) and you could buy that website cheap, then you have a potential goldmine on your hands!
Can anyone do this? Well I really doubt it to be honest. At the moment I don't fancy my chances if I tried my hand at it.
But with The Site Rush coming along, I might just have a good look at it. Saj P. and Alex Goad are some pretty knowledgable people. If they can really show me a "fail-proof" way of getting into the website flipping business I am more than willing to put their system to the test.
Do I believe this? I am not a 100% sure. But I think I will check out their product, because I just can't help myself being curious. Anything internet related has my interest anyway, and to be honest.. Internet AND money related is a combination I can hardly say no to. ;) And it can be even more interesting because lots of sites offer a The Site Rush Bonus when you buy the product through them. - 16003
