A network strategy that puts 42 reps in my business in 16 weeks

By John Wallen

I've always been a patient person. I realize everything takes time at first with the learning curve and all. I was going to have a firm grip on being a home business owner. Say good bye to a pain in the rear boss, and create my own wealth. I was going to do this no matter what!

Soon I came across a business, a networking opportunity that had it all. I had no idea what an amazing world it would turn out to be. I had no clue what would await me. I realized the frustration of never being able to get a hold on something for the first time ever, in my life.

Ten, eleven months went by with but nothing was happening. I was using every traffic generating device thrown my way. My message was sent to a trillion gazillion opportunity seekers with every click of the mouse. And that was he problem, all those opportunity seekers relying on the click of a mouse.

My business was in my opinion at least in the top ten. But my thoughts of success and prospering were getting foggy. As great as this industry is, my business was flat lining. I figured I wasn't catching on to the skills or something, and maybe I needed to work harder and longer to sponsor and make sales.

I came across something that caught my eye in this ezine, and I wish I had found this sooner. It said, "if you are persuasive enough to sell someone on your business, you can get them emotionally pumped up on the opportunity, you will have a good chance of selling or sponsoring a good amount of people.

But once that emotional state wears off, whether it's a week or months later, the buyer will experience remorse. These people quit and go back to their lives, and unfortunately this is what happens most of the time in this home business arena". And this is what was happening to me.

As I went on, a little confusion set in when it read, "In the process of sponsoring, your goal should not be to make a sale of the product or sponsor the prospect". That blew me away. Am I right to say that's backwards? Not to make a sale is counterproductive, isn't it?

It all started clicking in my mind, I was realizing something. There's to many problems in this industry with selling. It stems from the initial offering of the opportunity. There's so much focus for the new rep to go by the script and make the sale.

Were doing our best to close the sale, and overcoming objections. It's a big challenge selling people who naturally want to run the other way when being sold. They don't feel any trust, and are scared of being taken to the cleaners. That day I was introduced to a much better way for both the customer or possible business partner, and myself.

Any entrepreneur struggling to network or sell their products in their home business should take a look at how this works. There is great opportunity to fulfill your dreams in this industry, but to many fail because of a lack of a better way. - 16003
