How Much Will You Be Able To Give Away To Others?

By Tom O

Everyone in this world have dream's that they hope will come true, and everyone wants to climb to the ladder of success. Life revolves around luxuries like expensive vacations, and dinner at a pricey restaurant. And all this, just to please the ones you love and yourself. But isn't life also about giving back a little of what you've taken?

Well, you don't have to empty half your pay check into this whole 'giving back' idea. Because helping others by going broke yourself isn't the deal. Strike a balance in to this world by donating only what you can spare, without hurting yourself too much.

Approach the decision as if you would an engagement ring or a trip to vegas. Make sure you have the money first to give that will not break you financially. You must keep the lifestyle going that you are accustomed to.

One way of doing this properly is to have a savings account just for charity money. Keeping your current lifestyle in mind, see how much you can spare into this account every month. If you have a budget to follow, then see if you can squeeze this amount, however small it is, on a regular basis.

Chosing where to give your money is just about as important as saving it. What is the point if you do not have a good cause or investment decided to give your money to. Research, especially on the internet these days is the key to succes in chosing such a decision.

The next most important thing to do, is to find a cause that is most close to your heart, because any charity done without a cause is pointless. If you are an animal lover, then the Pita or the Humane society is the best place to go. Along with their help, imagine how many poor animals you can provide for.

Well, if giving to others is a good deed indeed, it is also essential that you keep your own family provided for. Invest in yourself, in the form of stocks and time shares. This way, you are not just providing for your family, but keeping them secure for many generations.

Making the decision on giving what amount to give is the keystone to making a good choice. Evaluate your income and take a % to give back. Make sure that you do not break your own bank and are able to live your lifestyle with decision you make. Adding the amount and saving for your givings is the best choice and I would suggest treating it as if it were never there for you to spend. Giving is the fruit of life and good Kharma if you beleive in that sort of thing! - 16003
